This saves huge amount of time highlighting and reading the Seasons Book, and provides an effective and concise overview of what to complete every session - with clear prompts. It includes the Health and Wellbeing Experiences and Outcomes (Scottish CFE) covered by Seasons. Additionally I have included resources I created for some individual sessions.
